Acqusitive firm snaps up Rose Project Services

Fast-expanding listed property group Erinaceous has bought QS and project manager Rose Project Services. A statement posted on the Rose website today confirmed it had joined Erinaceous.

The Rose statement said: "This exciting opportunity gives us the resources and support to further develop our services both to our existing clients and those within the group. The synergies of our culture and approach, underpined by the resources of the Erinaceous Group will be a powerful combination in the property and real estate market."

Rose has four core offices in London, Bristol, Tewkesbury, Bristol and madrid and six associated offices in Europe and is run by managing director Chris Lowe. The firm works in sectors such as retail, industrial, leisure and offices.

The Rose acquisition comes nine months after Erinaceous bought Birmingham QS and project manager Entente Consulting for £7m. Entente, which included subsidiaries Francis Graves and Naismith, employs 70 staff in total, including 14 executives and directors.
