Bramall Construction chose Tarmac Topfloor’s Heatsave Plus energy-saving flooring for four new residential developments in Halifax, Yorkshire.
With its rigid, Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) infill panels and minimal cold bridging, the product can achieve U values of up to 0.18 w/m2k, comfortably exceeding Part L of the Building Regulations. Unlike conventional flooring, the EPS panels are positioned between pre-stressed concrete beams rather than on top.
