A new company "providing the first secure, managed messaging service for IP networks" has been launched into the security industry.

Emizon is now working closely with Chubb in developing its technology to help deliver IP-based monitoring to Chubb customers across the UK.

It has been working with Chubb Alarm Receiving Centre and panel manufacturers and software providers to market the service.

It gives end users, installers and ARCs "the opportunity of embracing the benefits of IP monitoring within an inherently secure network solution".

Bob Tuck, MD said the service "provides a fully managed end-to-end service from the alarm panel to the ARC, something that has been a key requirement since IP was first mooted."

The technology is available in conjunction with Pyronix, Castle Care-Tech and Bosch panels and compatible with ARC software suppliers Bold's Manitou and Monitor's Sentinel Plus.
