I agree with Grant Gover’s comments (‘Letters’, CM, April) in support of Neill Stansbury’s drive to eradicate corruption. However, spare a thought for those who remain active in the industry and who, through professionalism and personal integrity seek to act honestly in all their dealings.

Perhaps it is also time for employers to stand up and be counted. How many can honestly say that they do not put their employees under any pressure to make a quick buck irrespective of the rights and wrongs? Interserve have an ethical business policy. This means that the company ethos is directed towards honesty and integrity in the workplace.
