Part P scheme accredited by UKAS
Elecsa has been awarded United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) accreditation for its Part P scheme.
Elecsa is managed and operated through EC Certification. Its accreditation by UKAS means that the Elecsa Part P scheme has been successfully assessed against EN45011, an internationally recognised standard of certification.
UKAS is the UK national accreditation body responsible for assessing and accrediting the competence of organisations in the fields of measurement, testing, inspection and certification of systems, products and personnel.
Managing and operations director Steve Mitchell said: “We are the first to have achieved this national standard specifically for our Part P scheme and it is a testament to the high standards we apply in delivering our service.”
Elecsa is owned by the ECA and has 5200 contractors on its register.
