Foilcraft UK Ltd, a UK lamination company, has been bought by the Elecon Group.

The acquisition of the Washington-based company was made by Peter Gray, the managing director of the Elecon Group. The company operates from a 15,000 square foot facility in Washington, Tyne and Wear and supplies over 40,000 laminated sheets to a number of companies.

Peter Gray said: ‘Foilcraft is a successful business and with investment and expansion we expect more returns.
