EICC seeks project monitor

Edinburgh International Conference Centre will undertake a £27m expansion scheme. Client City of Edinburgh Council is looking to appoint a firm with extensive experience of working on major projects to act as project monitor.

EICC has already entered into an agreement with a developer to procure the construction of an additional function space facility, primarily underground but also adjoining the existing centre at ground level and above. The developer has also been given the rights to develop the remainder of the site above ground with a Grade A office block.

The appointed consultant will provide project monitoring services for the development manager. Contract duration will initially be for three years with the option to extend.
