Companies wishing to avoid warranty charges levied by Part P competent person schemes should transfer their business to the ECA/BRE Certification run scheme.

The Association has negotiated a free transfer to the ECA/BRE approved scheme from any other full scope Part P scheme. Companies should fill in an Application for free of charge transfer to the BREC Part P Competent Persons Scheme form.
