A recent round of interviews with 150 ECA members shows that the overall level of satisfaction with the association is riding high, with 91% being either very or quite satisfied.
The survey took a sample of companies, divided between those joining prior to and after 1999, a mix of sizes and geographical quotas to reflect the membership across the regions. The highest levels of satisfaction were noted for communication with members and the range of services available. Here, almost 50% of members claimed to be very satisfied.

Respondents were slightly less satisfied with the ECA's image and value for money, but overall most seemed content, with 75% of those interviewed being very or quite satisfied.

The ECA would like to thank all of those who took part in the research. A more detailed evaluation of the results is in progress, with future feedback available from regional managers.
