Duo claim first in offering broad property advice with Corporate Occupier Solutions launch

EC Harris has confirmed the launch of a new joint venture company with property agent giant Cushman & Wakefield, predicted in QS News last month. The new firm, called Corporate Occupier Solutions, claimed it will offer a full intergated property advice service from 4,000 professionals across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

EC Harris has taken a 50% stake in the joint venture, which the two companies said will offer "a unique proposition to corporate occupiers". David Sparrow, head of property sector at EC Harris, said the new offering was significant. He said: "We are able to deliver demonstrable best value from corporate real estate for clients across Europe, providing real portfolio control and influence. This is already proving very attractive to clients in this corporate sector, who are looking for improved real estate performance. We fully expect to form similar alliances to address the needs of other property sectors."
