Dublin's fair city: Proposals for this £140m mixed-use development in Dublin Docklands are about to be submitted to Dublin City Council for consultation.

The scheme includes 2000 homes, 400 of which will be affordable. It will also include retail, office and leisure space and a landmark tower.

A passenger rail link underneath the residential buildings is also planned.

A detailed application for the scheme will be submitted in late 2005.
