Architect DSDHA, working with QS Davis Langdon, development consultant Cushman Wakefield Healy Baker, sustainability consultant ESD and historical advisor Professor Andrew Saint, has revealed the framework plan for the redevelopment of Hornsey Town Hall.
The vision behind the ambitious project is to create high quality residential, office and retail spaces on existing derelict and underused sites adjacent to the Town Hall. The idea is to create an ‘economic cradle’ with the hall acting as a community asset. The first phase is expected to begin in 2008.
