Donaldsons buys Bristol PM and surveyor

Property consultant Donaldsons has bought Clevedon-based firm Gray Holmes James (GHJ). Formed in 1996 GHJ employs project managers, building surveyors, architects and interior designers and specialises in education and office schemes in the Southwest. Founding partners of the firm Andy Holmes and Jonathan James will join Donaldsons as partners.

Holmes said: “We have built a business at GHJ that prides itself on the level of repeat business and recommendation we receive. Our hands-on approach and client base have natural synergies with the Donaldsons BPC division, and we are confident that we can add to Bristol’s multi-disciplinary service offering.”
