Crane is helping to control comfort in the centrepiece building of the £55 million Trinity Gardens in Newcastle-upon-Tyne.

Over 350 of Crane's Dominator Z3000 flow management combination valves have been installed in the 5500 m2 development.

These will control the heating and chilled water flow through fan coil units in the six-storey office building. All valves were tested at Crane before delivery to the m&e contractor Norstead for installation.

As well as the One Trinity office block, the development on Newcastle Quayside includes an 81 bedroom Travelodge hotel extension, retail units and 60 luxury flats.
