Are you keen to go digital but don't feel you know enough about it? Have you installed digital systems and want to get the most out of them? If so, this seminar will help you through the maze of digital recording
Given the big advantages digital technology offers to installers and their customers, is it any wonder the CCTV industry has gone so far down the digital road? This year's IFSEC was choc a bloc with digital products, and digital kit featured in Security Installer always draws a big response with readers.

But with so many digital video storage systems now available, the choice becomes ever more confusing. Some products are little more than domestic PCs with image capture capability but limited applications. Others are simple one-box systems seeking to replace the conventional timelapse and multiplexer combination with 16 video inputs and limited storage capacity.

There are also sophisticated, more expensive, systems designed to handle a larger number of camera inputs and provide fully integrated video storage and management. Although calling for the biggest investment, this is probably the area that offers the biggest operating advantages for end users. But how can you and your customers get the best out of the technology on offer?

Security Installer and its sister magazine SMT has teamed up with Primary Image to bring readers a one day seminar that should not be missed. This is not a "buy this system" day … It's an opportunity to hear digital experts share their knowledge of the technology with readers, providing them with an educated insight into digital technology as a whole.
