Firm hired by Edward Holdings to help transform listed building into a hotel

London's historic Bow Street Magistrates Court is being transformed into a hotel with the help of DBK Back. The grade one listed former court and police station is being developed by Irish firm Edward Holdings. The developer has hired DBK to provide cost consulting services on the scheme, which has yet to win planning permission. Edward Holdings is set to acquire vacant possession of the building at the end of the year. It has been empty since 1992. Plans include the creation of about 29,000 sq ft of new build space at the heart of the site and conserving the site's history.
