Baxall have introduced Destiny™-IP a video solution for transmitting and managing video images over Ethernet networks. The equipment can form part of a simple to assemble but sophisticated CCTV system, large or small, either in a stand alone capacity or as an extension to an existing system and can also be used to migrate existing analogue matrix systems onto IP/Ethernet networks.

With Ethernet being the most common physical layer for computer networks, the Baxall Destiny™-IP range's ability to be connected directly to these means that it can be used to send, real-time digital quality video across an exceptionally wide range of existing commercial and industrial LANs, as well as being incorporated into dedicated networks.

Destiny™-IP products include a camera, keyboard, codec, recorder and a range of software components for simple to assemble but sophisticated CCTV systems, large or small, either in a stand alone capacity or as an extension to an existing system. The new Destiny™-IP software has been designed for both single and multi user capabilities ranging from basic cost-effective viewing options to more sophisticated packages offering motion detection and recording.
