Skanska Innisfree has begun handover of its £333 million Derby PFI hospital scheme.

The 24 000 m2 Kings Treatment Centre will be a dedicated daycase centre; it is being used as temporary accommodation for the women's hospital to allow phase two of the scheme to begin. Work is due to complete in December 2008.
