London’s historic Bow Street Magistrates Court is being transformed into a hotel with the help of DBK Back.

The grade I listed former court and police station is being developed by Irish firm Edward Holdings. It has hired DBK to provide cost consulting services on the scheme, which has yet to win planning permission. Edward Holdings will acquire vacant possession of the building, which has been empty since 1992, at the end of the year. Plans include the creation of 29,000 sq ft of new build space at the heart of the site and conserving the site’s history.
