Rexel Senate has launched a new range of fire and acoustic downlighters in order to comply with Part P.
The range is specially designed to direct heat away from the ceiling void, increasing the fire resistance time. Quick and easy to install, the downlighters feature two intumescent gaskets; one to seal the body to the ceiling and another at the back of the luminaire to seal the vent and cable holes, ensuring the ceiling integrity is maintained.
The product line offers full integral protection without the need for a fire hood.
