Cyril Sweett reaches new heights with Pinnacle project

Cyril Sweett is the QS on the Pinnacle, a 175m tower planned for Birmingham in 2010. The landmark building will mix accommodation and leisure, including themed rides and Europe’s highest restaurant. Located in the city’s Eastside, the structure is being designed by SMC Hickton Madeley for client Roc International Towers. The planning application is to be submitted next year.
