The CIOB is one of the partners behind a scheme to develop a huge virtual reality simulation theatre for training construction managers in Coventry.

Trainees will work in fully-equipped site cabins, and will be able to navigate round a virtual construction site, viewed on a big screen. Based on a facility in Holland, the centre will be used by universities and companies.
