A new CSCS Professionally Qualified Persons card has been designed to provide a card suitable for professionally qualified people who are not resident on site, but who have a responsibility for the construction process or who visit the site to exercise a legal responsibility.

The card will identify the individual’s professional institution and will only be issued to professionals who can demonstrate a high level of health and safety knowledge through achievement of a new Higher Managerial Health and Safety test, being launched in conjunction with the new card.
