In your Analysis article (Slowdown may not last, QS News, 1 July), you received a response from Alan Baker of Gleeds to a question about construction activity and work loads:

“Quantum of new construction orders is impacting on the consultancy market resources and the construction market skilled resources – in turn this is influencing market costs in the region.”

What a load of pompous gobbledygook – hardly a contender for Crystal Mark (Clarity approved by Plain English Campaign)!
