On the operating cost index (21 January, page 8), the reason the Papworth Trust appears in the bottom five is that only 28% of our costs relate to housing lettings.
Our other costs relate to the provision of employment and training-related services for working with disabled people.
If the index assessed housing costs only, we would be in the top five. Enough said.
