Chandler KBS, F+G and EC Harris reveal new deals including work on London's Chinatown
Chandler KBS is providing due diligence and project monitoring on the redevelopment of the Chinatown area of London for client Bank of Scotland Corporate. The work is to create footfall from Charing Cross Road into Gerard Street and the theatres on Shaftesbury Avenue and is due to be completed this year.
Faithful+Gould is to work on refitting 30 Tesco Metro stores in the next year. The firm will offer QS, project management and party wall advice for the major nationwide store refit programme.
EC Harris has won a role advising the Welsh Assembly on developing, implementing and monitoring new transport projects. EC Harris has also confirmed its has entered into a joint venture with rival Turner & Townsend to work in the nuclear sector. The JV will be providing project controls advice on the Sellafield development for British Nuclear Group.
Foster Wheeler is working on the procurement engineering and construction management of a refinery modification project in Singapore for oil giant Shell.
Mott MacDonald is technical consultant on new power and water distribution systems for the redevelopment of Saadiyat Island in the United Arab Emirates for the Abu Dhabi Water & Electricity Authority.
