The scheme will provide separate accommodation, teaching and hobbies blocks, all connected by a large atrium.

The services incorporate a mixed-mode ventilation system using an earth-duct pre-cooling system and a rainwater recovery system for WC flushing. The rainwater tank will also be used as a heat sink to provide cooling for the building in summer.
