Management company John O’Neill and Partners is expanding by opening a new office in London and hiring two new people.
The firm’s turnover has grown to £20m since it launched in 2002.
The new premises, based on Winpole Street, will house around 12 core management staff. Eddie Ntow and David Fletcher join as construction managers. Ntow, previously with Canary Wharf, is responsible for the fit-out of healthcare information technology provider ISX’s London headquarters.
Fletcher joins from Inspace and is handling the design of an Italian restaurant and fit-out in Potters Bar.
Since being founded in 2002, John O’Neill and Partners has adopted the Round Table Construction approach, a collaborative process that brings clients, contractors and suppliers together at the conceptual stages of the project to deliver successful, cost-effective construction solutions.
Managing director John O’Neill, who has over 26 years in the construction and property industry, said: “Collaboration and dialogue are central to the way we do business and the new location will enable us to liase with clients, partners and suppliers even more effectively.”
