Project manager to oversee retail and mixed-use scheme in the Midlands

Midlands firm Concept has secured two commissions in Nottingham. The firm is working on a £30m mixed-use project called the South Reef scheme, part of an overall regeneration programme in the south of the city. Work is due to start on site on the scheme this summer and last two to three years.

The firm is also working in the east side area of the city on a series of retail premises, part of the £20m Glasshouse development, for developer JSR Properties. The first phase, already completed, included flats for students and a car park.
