Concept wins £20m contract

Project management firm Concept has won a contract to project manage a £20m building for de Montfort University in Leicester. The new 12,000 sq m building will house the faculty of business and law.

Concept has extensive experience working with the education sector. The firm has also worked with the Leicester university in the past on a number of schemes including a 6,000 sq m campus building.

Construction is due to begin in January 2008 and the building is expected to open to students in September 2009.
