Your satirical feature, The Trials of Quentin Shears continues to be the first thing I turn to in your magazine, as it is so witty and well observed.

Last week’s story reminded me of an over-zealous swear filter I had to deal with.

It wouldn’t allow me to type “Saturday,” “laid” or “hardcore” and anybody signing off emails to partners with an affectionate “xxx” had them swiftly bounced back.

A peace-loving friend’s email signature, “The pen is mightier than the sword”, made it hit the roof!
