He’s mad about bricks and likes a ’classy’ kind of YouTube
Favourite website
I recently discovered Vimeo.com which is like a “classy” YouTube for aspiring artist, photographers and video artists. Contains some amazing stuff including timelapse photography movies. Another favourite is the band Spiritualized’s homepage which has a fantastic layout and menu structure.
iPhone/Blackberry/Android. Which side are you on?
iPhone all the way. I resisted a mobile for years until I got my first iPhone 3G and never looked back.
Are you on Twitter? If so who do you recommend?
Yes as @brickitpro. My favourite tweeter is BBC6 Music’s Lauren Laverne and Bob Mortimer is also guaranteed to raise a smile or an eyebrow.
Best app?
Obviously Brick it Pro (the only brick design app), but I do have many favourites including Star Map Pro (astronomy), AutoStitch (photography) and TuneIn Radio.
Face to Face or Face to Facebook? How much has the web and smartphones replaced face to face meetings?
Despite loving all things digital I have never done Facebook and have no need to start now. The ability to video call on mobiles could have a great impact on the need for travelling long distances to and from meetings.
Currently watching: ie ebay item you are tracking or something you bought recently.
Picked up a camera lens recently for my Panasonic GF-1
Guilty pleasures: Most played tunes from iTunes/Spotify?
I don’t believe in guilty pleasures; things are either good or they’re not. Currently power walking to/from work to Lower Dens, Le Butcherettes and Beach House.
