They say there is no such thing as bad publicity, but I can’t help thinking your article, The undercover networker (3 August, page 40), may have given a negative impression.
Don’t get me wrong, feedback is very important, which is why the MingleMinded team has recently sent out surveys to some 2,000 people. Alas, some bars in London are dingy, expensive basement venues, with the odd person having a few too many “cheeky” halves … but hey, that’s life.
MingleMinded has been going for six years, hosting more than 35 events for more than 5,000 people, all organised by a small group of unpaid volunteers, who each have full-time careers. We offer a meeting place for individuals throughout the supply chain in property and construction to meet in a unique and positive way.
