Your feature “Chairman of the board” (13 April, page 54) gave an excellent account of the story behind the building of the skatepark at Cantelowes Gardens.

I know you will appreciate that behind every group of energetic volunteers there’s often an equally energetic team of construction professionals, as was the case at Cantelowes. The full design team which worked so closely with the volunteers included: Watkins:Dally, landscape architect and lead consultant; Appleyard and Trew, quantity surveyor; Mason Navarro, structural and civil engineer; David Miles and Partners, M+E; North Laine Design, planning supervisor; Charter Construction, main contractor and Wheelscape, specialist subcontractor.
