Construction Industry Council launches Scottish edition of its novation agreement for consultants

The Construction Industry Council has published a Scottish edition of its novation agreement. The agreement, which is used when an appointed consultant is novated from an employer to a design-and-build contractor, is applicable under Scottish law.

The agreement, which is called CIC/NovAgr(S) costs £10 and is only published in electronic format as a pdf file.
