I read your article concerning Crossrail designs (21 July) and I cannot reconcile your comments with the statements in the design review to which you refer.

For the purposes of record, Building Design Partnership has not been asked to resubmit its designs, although we have taken account of the design panel’s observations. This is all very much “work in progress” for which we are still in an early stages.
