I was looking forward to reading your management guide (CM, January, p32). However, when I read the article entitled “Are Your Clothes Letting You Down” I was disappointed to find it was entirely aimed at men.

I find this a little sexist, and written by a female too. I can assure you there are female managers in the construction industry, myself being one. Any chance of a guide on the right clothes for female managers in future?
