Dr Cullan Riley

Building consulting engineer Halcrow Yolles has appointed Riley as development director for land development and regeneration. He was previously Halcrow’s regional director for transport planning in the Midlands.

Tim Austin

After more than five years with project and cost consultancy Davis Langdon, Austin has been promoted to partner. In his previous role he worked on high-profile projects such as the development of Colmore Plaza in Birmingham.
