Kier has appointed Jolley as corporate social responsibility manager. Based at the Sheffield office, she will supervise projects offering unemployed people the chance to build a career and re-engage with work through guidance and mentoring.

Phil Shortman

After 17 years with Wates, Shortman joins Osborne as managing director of its construction division. Heading up the expanding unit, he will manage a portfolio of education, health and property development clients.

Thomas Searle

CH2M HILL’s new president and group CEO of international business, Searle will lead 4,000 employees. In his previous role as president of the Water Business Group, he managed a $2.1bn water and wastewater improvement scheme in Puerto Rico.
