head of engineering for Trafalgar House and technical director at Warings.

Kate Skinner

Yorkshire-based Apple Homes has appointed Kate Skinner as a quantity surveyor to support its expanding development programme. Her new role will include monitoring costs, procuring subcontractors, buying materials, and producing development budgets.

Matt Bundy

Rok is continuing its expansion plans in the Solent area with the appointment of Matt Bundy as the new building and maintenance team leader at Rok’s Fareham office. Bundy will head up a 58-strong team specialising in negotiated and partnered projects.

Richard Firth

Linpave Building has appointed Firth as managing director. He was previously managing director of Bedfordshire-based national contractor Withey Contracts after spending most of his career with Simons Construction. Linpave is part of the Rand Group.
