The Yorkshire division of McInerney Homes has promoted Bradfield to regional land director. She has more than 15 years’ experience in property, having previously worked as planning manager in local and central government.

Nigel Yates

Lovell has appointed a new regional director. Previously commercial manager for the firm’s Midlands operations, Yates will now take over responsibility for the firm in the north west. Yates will be based in Altrincham, Manchester.

Chris Brittain

Brittain has been appointed as Bluestone’s area commercial manager for Birmingham. Brittain’s role includes managing the commercial team, overseeing commercial reporting, risk management and developing business opportunities.

David Smailes

Smailes, previously with Laing O’Rourke, joins Brittain at Bluestone as area manager for the Tyne Tees area. He will be based at the company’s new Tyne Tees office in Belmont Business Park, Durham.
