Speed, efficiency and better productivity are the reasons behind a £56,000 investment by Hallmark Panels in a new custom-made CNC router from Promac.

The machine (pictured) is being tailor made to meet the specific requirements for the production of the company’s extensive composite door range. ‘The popularity of our composite doors has been increasing steadily as homeowners recognise the benefits of this concept,’ explains John Rolland of Hallmark. ‘Consequently, we made the decision to expand this side of the business by investing in new, advanced machinery.’

The new CNC router has been designed to clean off the top and bottom of the Hallmark twin rebated door and to take out glazing apertures.
