CCG based in Morecambe has launched Climacool, a self-cleaning glass for the specialist conservatory roof glass market.

Climacool is a triple action system which CCG says is self cleaning, thermally controlled and glare reducing.

By comparison to standard conservatory roof glass or polycarbonate, the Climacool glazing system has a special coating that will give excellent solar control - with up to 63% heat reflection.

In addition the unique finish provides a U-value reduced to 1.1 which is a substantial reduction from ordinary glass. This results in excellent thermal retention and reduced heating bills for the end user.

CCG has developed four products within the Climacool range and statistically these outperform other specialist conservatory roof glass systems. The range incorporates a number of options, Climacool Super Plus, Climacool Super, Climacool Tint, Climacool and all of these products offer top quality, high performance levels at realistic prices.

Using daylight and rainwater, Climacool breaks down any organic dirt from the external surfaces and it is washed away leaving a shiny finish - even on the most hard to reach corners and joints.
