T Clarke appoints Martin Walton as finance director

Mechanical and electrical contractor T Clarke has appointed financial controller Martin Walton as its new group finance director.

Chartered account Walton has been at the firm for three years as group financial controller, and will immediately take a place on the board of directors. The 46-year old has previously worked in finance management jobs with BDO Stoy Hayward, KPMG and London Transport, and has worked with listed construction companies including Skanska and Multiplex. 

T Clarke’s former finance  director, Victoria French, parted the company “by mutual consent” in June.

The Group has recruited Kim Thistleton to replace Walton as group financial controller.
