Engineering consultant announces appointments as part of its growth plan
Engineering consultant MLM Group has made five senior appointments as part of its growth plan. The firm currently has offices across the UK and in Abu Dhabi.
Former technical director Paul Eggleton has been promoted to associate partner. Prior to joining MLM, Eggleton was the head of building control at Bracknell Town Council.
Simon Curtis has been appointed operations director in charge of the Birmingham MLM office, which he founded. Curtis is an experienced engineer who previously worked for Oscar Faber (now Aecom) where he was involved in a number of high-profile projects in the Middle East, including the $1.2bn Ras Al Khamaih Gateway.
Curtis joins the recently-appointed operations director Alan Pemberton who is responsible for the company’s Structures Business Unit in London. His first task at MLM was to establish a London-based delivery team. A Fellow of the Institutions of Civil and Structural Engineers, Pemberton has over 30 years experience in the industry.
Two further additions to MLM’s senior team include Eroll McDonald as technical director and Lee Bowker who has been promoted to director of MLM Rail.
Lastly Jason Fox has been promoted to director from operations director at MLM, having joined the group in 2008 as a technical director.
