Former Citigroup and UK Department for Transport employee has 15 years experience in infrastructure projects
KPMG has appointed Richard Threlfall as its new UK head of infrastructure for building and construction. He succeeds Fiona McDermott who will lead the firm’s business modelling services across all sectors and functions.
Threlfall has over 15 years experience in the financing and structuring of infrastructure projects. He was previously at Citigroup, and before that employed as a civil servant at the UK Department for Transport where he held positions in the road, rail and aviation directorates.
Jonathan Thompson, KPMG’s global head for building and construction, said: “He has the track record, experience and vision for bringing KPMG’s many interests in that market together to build our profile and market share.”
