Tim Haywood moves from St Modwen Properties where he was also FD
Interserve has appointed a former St Modwen employee as its new finance director.
The firm announced to the stock exchange this morning that it has appointed Tim Haywood as its new finance director.
Haywood has been finance director at St-Modwen Properties since 2003 pior to which he was finance director at Hagemeyer.
Adrian Ringrose, chief executive of Interserve, said: “We are delighted to welcome Tim to Interserve. His background and experience will be extremely valuable to the board as we continue the Group’s long-term growth.”
Haywood replaces Tim Jones who left to become FD at pub and restaurant group Mitchells & Butler.
A joining date for Haywood has yet to be finalised.
