Swedish contractor Skanska has appointed Noel Morrin senior vice president (sustainability).

Hotel and leisure contractor Ramparts Interior Contracts has made several appointments: project director Bob Holt, assistant quantity surveyor Chris Platt, site managers Paul Donald and Geoff Birkwood, and project manager Steve Brown all join the Macclesfield-based firm.

Richard Greaves has joined Charles Church as commercial director for the south midlands division of the company. Nigel Forrester becomes construction director.

Birmingham-based developer Calthorpe Estates has recruited David Povall as commercial director.

Kira Williams has been appointed graduate geotechnical engineer by TPS, the design and project management division of Carillion Business Services.

Chartered building surveyor Tuffin Ferraby Taylor has appointed Richard Crow trainee building surveyor at the Birmingham office, Trevor McLurg chartered building surveyor in the public sector team at the Kingston office, and Robert Ward graduate building surveyor in the major project team at the Bristol office.

JUBB Consulting Engineers has appointed Andy Jenner associate director.

Oxfordshire-based water heater and boiler manufacturer Lochinvar has recruited Peter Andrews as area sales manager for London and the South-east.

Andy Paye has joined lift door safely specialist Memco as export sales manager. He will be based in the UK head office and will take responsibility for the eastern European, Middle Eastern and Asian markets.

Fastener supplier SFS intec has appointed Derek Wray and Andrew Way to their specification adviser team, with responsibility for roofing and cladding.
