Gleeds, Bramall Construction and Nework Rail have all made changes this week

Steve Lacey has left Davis Langdon and rejoins Gleeds as director in its specialist hotels team in London. He spent 10 years at Gleeds before moving to Davis Langdon.

Drivers Jonas Deloitte’s London team has taken on three planners from the firm’s regional offices. Heather Gallagher joins as senior planning surveyor, Melissa Wilson as planning surveyor in land and regeneration and Rachel Davies as planning surveyor in retail and town centres.

Contractors

Bramall Construction has hired a new contracts director covering the East Midlands and Yorkshire and Humberside. Brendon Hutchinson was previously operations director
for Lovell.

Seddon Construction has appointed Richard Sapcote as business unit manager for the West Midlands. He previously worked for ROK.

Clients

Network Rail has appointed Mark Langman route managing director of business units in Wales. He will oversee the operation of the railway through Wales and the border counties. Jo Kaye has been named managing director for the London and North Western route.
