Capita Symonds has teamed up with Lend Lease Projects for the £25m redevelopment of three schools: Heston Infant School and Nursery, Heston Junior School and Heston Secondary Community School.

Capita Symonds will provide an educational advisor, ICT, FF&E and a number of design consultancy services. Lend Lease has been appointed as the lead consultant by the client, the London Borough of Hounslow.

The Infant School and Nursery and Junior School will both be demolished and replaced by a 1,274m2 and a 1,330m2 facility respectively.

Lend Lease Projects’ sister company, Catalyst Lend Lease, is already working with the Capita Group on developing the Lancashire Building Schools for the Future project.
